Eric Lowell

Eric Lowell, CFP
Regional Vice President – Northwest

Eric Lowell is a regional vice president at Tortoise, covering the wirehouse, independent and registered investment adviser channels in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.

Eric has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he owned a State Farm Insurance Agency, where he assisted clients in managing the risks of everyday life and helping them recover from the unexpected. Eric’s prior experience also includes serving as an external wholesaler for Phoenix Life, where he built a top-ranking territory while working on the variable annuity distribution team. He also spent eight years as a financial advisor at Commerce Brokerage Services and Morgan Stanley, where he helped clients achieve their financial goals by implementing an overall financial planning process.

Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Kansas and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional. He has passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams. At home in the East Bay area, Eric is married and has three sons. He is an avid fan of the Kansas City Royals and University of Kansas basketball. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing the drums for the past 30 years, exercising and being outdoors.
